Where we ship

We currently ship within Ecuador only. International shipping is coming soon.

Cost

Shipping within Ecuador is free on all orders. IVA (15%) is added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. For bank transfers, processing starts once we confirm your payment.

Delivery time

• Quito (local delivery): hand-delivered within 1–3 business days. We'll message you to arrange a time.
• Other main cities (Guayaquil, Cuenca and more): 1–3 business days after shipping.
• Smaller towns and rural areas: 3–5 business days after shipping.
• Galápagos: 5–10 business days after shipping.

You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays.
