How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status from your account.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Everything about returns and exchanges is in our refund policy. If something arrived damaged or wrong, contact us below with your order number.
How do the pieces fit?
Each product page has a Size & fit section. Still unsure between two sizes? Send us a message and we will help.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Praia 77 releases in chapters. Some pieces return, some do not. Join the email list to hear first about new chapters and restocks, and see everything we have released in the Archive.
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label inside each piece. For printed and embroidered garments, washing cold and inside out keeps the artwork alive longer.
How do I use my welcome code?
