Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items may be tried on only. Pieces that show signs of wear, washing, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@praia77.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund or store credit: your choice

Once your return arrives and is inspected, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit for the full item value. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Send the item back as above and we'll ship the new size to you free of charge, subject to availability. If the size you want is sold out, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover all shipping and send a replacement, or refund you in full.
